Requirements
- Design templates and forms to fill in records, create personal folders, topics related to equipment and operation records.
- Provide administrative support, assistance, and support for the operational functioning of the area.
- Keep control and order of client and internal folders with necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all established hygiene and safety measures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) and assigned work clothing properly, prioritizing self-care and that of colleagues, identifying and reporting risks and hazards.
