Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager Assistant to join our Gulf Coast laboratory team. The Project Manager Assistant will assist with bottle orders, change orders, login review, subcontracting, and PTO coverage, and provide support to project managers within their functional working group.
Requirements
- Associates' degree or equivalent industry experience
- 0-1 years of experience in sciences and/or customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-starter
- Advanced English language skills
- Advanced mathematical and reasoning skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
