Job Description
SGS, a multinational company, is looking for a Chemical Laboratory Supervisor to lead personnel in charge of daily operations and ensure quality of work in their laboratory in Moquegua, Peru.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Driver's license from AI
- Knowledge of sampling, sample preparation, and chemical analysis
- Analytical knowledge in methods of wet analysis, volumetric, and gravimetric
- Intermediate English
- Quality management system - NTP-ISO/IEC 17025
- Knowledge of current mining legislation
- Knowledge of equipment management - AA, ICP, (FRX, DRX Desirable), etc.
- Ability to work in a team and effective communication
