Job Description
SGS is looking for Welding Inspectors in multiple locations throughout the USA. The inspectors will perform visual inspections, witness and verify non-destructive tests, and monitor welding parameters to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
Requirements
- At least one of the following certifications: AWS / CWI / CSWIP/API
- Minimum of five (5) years industrial welding-related inspection experience
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of industry experience (mainly Oil and Gas)
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of welding inspections
Benefits
- Hourly rate – $40 to $45/hr + $0.70/km
- Per diem for inspections beyond 200 miles from residence
