Job Description
Shao Group is seeking a Fractional CTO to lead technical vision and strategy for an AI and no-code solution. The role involves overseeing technical integration of AI/no-code tools, assessing new technologies, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring system security and scalability. It's a part-time position for an individual with extensive experience in AI and no-code technologies, requiring a strategic overview alongside hands-on mentoring.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
- Proven expertise in AI technologies
- Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms
- Experience developing tech strategy, architecture, and implementation plans
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycles
