Job Description
The Operational Automations Officer designs, deploys, and manages AI + automation frameworks across the company to automate manual processes, ensure quality, and optimize performance. This role focuses on continuous improvement and compliance within operational workflows.
Requirements
- Map, automate, and maintain workflows across all business units.
- Build scalable automations using AI, RPA, and iPaaS platforms.
- Implement and automate time/productivity tracking.
- Design and implement AI-driven QC workflows.
- Maintain audit trails, RBAC, MFA, and least-privilege access models.
- Deliver QC + compliance SOPs and playbooks for managers and executives.
