The Operational Automations Officer designs, deploys, and manages AI + automation frameworks across the company to remove manual effort and embed quality control (QC), compliance, and reliability into all workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in automation, RPA, or process optimization roles.
- Proficiency in automation platforms (Zapier, Make, UiPath, Workato, or equivalent).
- Experience with productivity tools (Clockify, Time Doctor, Hubstaff).
- Knowledge of AI-driven QC frameworks, workflow monitoring, and error detection.
- Strong communication, documentation, and training ability.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
