Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Strategic and Tech-Savvy Business Analyst to shape product direction, define requirements, and deliver scalable digital solutions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product features, particularly with no-code/low-code platforms and AI. The analyst will also act as a product advocate, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user needs.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and workflows
• Analyze systems, data, and business processes to recommend enhancements or new solutions
• Work with developers, product managers, and owners to scope features and define acceptance criteria
• Conduct gap analysis between business needs and technical solutions
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product quality aligns with requirements
• Stay updated on latest tools in no-code/low-code, SaaS platforms, and emerging tech trends
