Technical Product Manager, Implementation and Professional Services

Shakudo is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Professional Services to design and define data and AI solutions for customers. This role involves working directly with customers to understand their requirements and translating them into technical solution specifications for the delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes and accelerated time-to-value. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in solutions architecture or technical consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related technical field
• 5-7 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles
• Strong expertise in data platform architectures, data engineering, and analytics solutions
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data and AI implementations
• Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), data lakes, ETL, GenAI, and ML/AI workflows
• Excellent customer presentation and communication skills
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex technical projects
