Requirements

• Maintain state sanitation/health regulations
• Lead food and beverage team
• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
• Food handling certificate and/or alcohol awareness training
• Familiarity with Sales and Marketing tools
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
