Job Description
The Banquet Server ensures quality customer service to our guests during events and banquets, including serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and responding to guest inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in banquet operations and/or hospitality
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
- Minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
- ServSafe and/or food safety training
- Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
