Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide superior guest services, handle guest complaints, and process check-ins and check-outs. The ideal candidate will have a high school graduate or equivalent, one year of customer service experience, and ability to communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
