Requirements

• Develop and implement long-term/short-term operational strategies, annual sales and operational plans, and budgets for the European residential energy storage market
• Formulate regional sales strategies, target market coverage models, and segment-specific tactics to optimize penetration in residential energy storage sectors
• Lead sales expansion and customer relationship management in key European markets
• Define, decompose, and manage annual sales targets
• Conduct in-depth analysis of European residential energy storage market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer behavior
• Plan and execute localized industry exhibition deployments and brand promotion activities
• Build, coach, and manage the local European team
