Job Description
Marketing Manager position at a Japanese language school with relocation to Tokyo, Japan. Develop digital admission strategies, drive enrollment, and analyze performance data. Must have 3+ years of experience in online admission/customer acquisition and fluent Mandarin Chinese and Japanese communication skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in online admission/customer acquisition, preferably in education (language schools, study-abroad programs, or international education)
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken/written) is highly preferred ability to engage Chinese speaking students, parents, and education agents effectively
- Strong Japanese communication skills (business-level); English proficiency is a plus
- Deep understanding of digital recruitment tools: social media platforms (WeChat,Line, Xiaohongshu,LinkedIn,etc.), lead management systems, and online advertising (Google Ads, social ads)
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting enrollment targets through digital initiatives
- Cross-cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse team and student base
