Our client is a leading high-tech player in the automotive industry, specializing in the full lifecycle (R&D, design, manufacturing, sales) of automotive NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) components. As our client accelerates its global growth and aims to penetrate key European automotive markets, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager specializing in automotive NVH components.

Requirements

• Develop localized sales targets, strategies, and budgets aligned with global objectives
• Track, analyze sales data (revenue, market share, etc.), and propose data-driven improvements
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle (negotiation, execution, compliance) to ensure alignment with local regulations, trade laws, and company policies
• Build and expand a high-value key account network among Germany OEMs
• Nurture long-term partnerships with top clients (e.g., Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz) to drive customer satisfaction and secure repeat business/strategic collaborations
