Remote position: Talent recruiting consultant independent in South Korea

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd. is seeking experienced independent recruitment consultants to join their global team. As a consultant, you will develop and implement a recruitment strategy, select and recommend candidates, and follow up on candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• At least two years of recruitment experience
• Good interpersonal skills and perseverance
• English or Mandarin speaking skills (preferred)
• Own specialization in the field of recruitment as well as recruitment channels
