We're building an AI-powered knowledge layer for law enforcement to unify departmental knowledge into a single, intelligent interface. As a Founding Engineer, you will build the first version of the product, a unified search and knowledge platform with agentic workflow orchestration.

Requirements

• Strong software engineer who can build full-stack applications
• Experience with AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, or semantic search (nice to have)
• Background in government/public sector technology (nice to have)
• CJIS compliance or security-sensitive applications (nice to have)
• Previous startup experience (nice to have)
