Job Description
SharkNinja is seeking a New Product Development Quality Manager to ensure the highest quality standards for new products throughout the entire product development lifecycle. This role requires deep knowledge of quality systems and a focus on risk management. The position will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless product development and compliance.
Requirements
- Lead quality assurance activities during all phases of new product development.
- Develop and implement quality plans, including DMEA and CAPA.
- Ensure product requirements, specifications, and validations meet applicable standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure seamless design transfer and manufacturability.
- Oversee technical documentation and ensure audit readiness.
