SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Director of Advanced Development to lead the creation of next-generation products for the Shark and Ninja brands. The role involves driving product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high quality, performance, and consumer value. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in Mechanical/Product Design/Engineering.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in the consumer goods household appliance space (desirable).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or Creo CAD package(s).
- Strong hands-on experience in building prototypes and testing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
