Senior Electrical Engineer

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead technical leadership of embedded electronics and product development for its global product roadmap. The role involves overseeing the design and development of consumer products, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product quality and compliance. The successful candidate will have experience in analog and digital embedded design, preferably in consumer products or similar.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience in a technical leadership role
• Experience in electrical design: component selection, system architecture, design verification, and documentation
• Experience delivering products while meeting Design for Manufacturability, testability, and reliability guidelines
• Experience in the development of embedded firmware of microcontrollers
• Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and resolve issues
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
