Sr. Project Manager, Global Operations

SharkNinja is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Global Operations to lead complex, high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across operations, supply chain, and eCommerce channels. The role will drive strategic execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across global teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, and supply chain leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in global supply chain functions
• 3+ years of direct experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) logistics, digital fulfillment, or eCommerce operations
• Strong financial acumen and ability to quantify ROI from operational initiatives
• Expertise in data-driven project management, leveraging analytics tools to forecast, monitor KPIs, and inform executive reporting
• Adept at navigating complex organizational structures and building alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; experience with ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
