Requirements

• Collaborates with and receives mentorship from experienced Field Service Technicians
• Resolves at least 85% of service calls independently post-training
• Conducts mechanical and electronic adjustments on equipment
• Interprets schematics and conducts electrical troubleshooting
• Handles customer relations independently
• Manages parts inventory efficiently
• Completes administrative tasks promptly and accurately
• Collaborates with colleagues and management to achieve service goals
• Reports equipment performance issues to the Branch Field Service Manager
