Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer II is responsible for supporting production line workstations and assembly fixtures at Sharp Manufacturing Company of America. This role involves coordinating with independent contractors, designing production line layouts, and assisting with equipment repair. The engineer will work with machinists and coordinate activities between machine shop and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 2 years of experience or 10 years of related experience.
- Experience in manufacturing automated mechanical processes.
- Familiarity with CAD and other mechanical software.
- Knowledge and experience with machine shop tools and equipment preferred.
