Job Description
Sharp Financial is seeking an Accounting Advisory Manager to lead client engagements, improve reporting, and support growth within a growing firm. The role requires a strong accounting professional with leadership potential, enabling collaboration with teams like Accounting & Tax, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Lead day-to-day client engagements, overseeing compilations, reviews, and management reporting.
- Act as a trusted resource and advisor to clients by helping them strengthen accounting processes and improve reporting.
- Provide insights on capital transactions, business transitions, and other complex analyses.
- Develop and mentor team members, providing coaching and feedback.
- Manage workflow and project delivery, reviewing work prepared by staff and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
