Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience; previous route management experience preferred
- Completion of accredited driving school or one or more years of commercial driving experience required
- Current driver’s license with excellent driving record; CDL Class “B” preferred but not required
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC)
- Ability to read maps and demonstrate good computer skills
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or handle containers and carts of varying weight (up to 150 pounds occasionally, 60 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly; carts up to 500 pounds, items up to 75 lbs)
- Age 25 years or older with driving experience
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Safety toe work boots with slip-resistant soles and a Bluetooth headphone system required
- Covid vaccine preferred; may require mandatory immunizations and customer credentialing
