Job Description
Join the 2nd largest Medical Waste Service Provider in the country for an exciting position! As a Route Supervisor, you will oversee and support a team of route drivers to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient transport of Regulated Medical Waste.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in transportation or logistics
- Valid DOT Medical Card and Driver’s License required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records check
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and experience with ELD systems (Samsara preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and employee development
