Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to bridge the gap between financial data and business performance, working closely with commercial and operational teams. This is a hands-on role focused on driving profitability and efficiency, leveraging financial analysis and technology to support strategic and operational decisions. The position involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and costing, and driving process improvements within the manufacturing and procurement areas.
Requirements
- Fully or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Strong skills in product costing, financial modelling, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Commercial mindset and ability to translate data into insights
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
