Senior Project Manager

Shawmut Design and Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager with large commercial project experience to lead a team responsible for construction management-related tasks, including project execution, financial management, and delivering projects while achieving financial control and profit goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management as a general contractor
• Demonstrated success managing large complex projects, especially Commercial/Developer sectors or high-end luxury retail
• Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules
• Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff
