Job Description
Shawmut Design and Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent for upcoming projects in 2026, renowned for its positive company culture and various awards. The role involves leading daily field operations to maintain site safety, progress, quality, and a clean site while collaborating with project managers. Candidates should be excellent communicators and adaptable to complex, fast-paced projects.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent in both a union and non-union environment
- Experience managing supers and all trades on site with great communication skills
- Full site work experience a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus
