Director I, Logistics Channel Development

SHEIN is seeking a Director I, Logistics Channel Development to lead and manage last-mile delivery partnerships in the European market. This role involves contract negotiation, market research, collaboration, risk control, and innovation in last-mile solutions. The Director will work closely with Country Managers and Drive Revenue through efficient logistics strategies.

Requirements

• Strong partnerships with European logistics companies
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the European logistics market
• Efficient communicator and strategic thinker
• Good at handling emergencies and working under tight deadlines
• Strong execution and strategic thinking capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
• 5+ years in logistics with 5+ in e-commerce and apparel
