Senior Merchant Ops Specialist I

SHEIN is seeking a Senior Merchant Operations Specialist I to manage relationships with key marketplace partners, develop and execute marketplace strategies, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to listings, payments, and customer service. This role involves data analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on marketplace trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces and their operational dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and marketplace seller platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
