Job Description
Soli Organic is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist (ICS) to manage company profitability by ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate inventory counts, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. The role involves receiving, processing, and reconciling inventory, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The organization will support the company's drive to have a positive impact on consumers.
Requirements
- Oversee receiving process and team
- Ensure product is received, rated, stored, and processed according to best practices and FIFO principles.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Support physical inventories
- Perform ERP transactions to reflect shipping, receiving, or returning of items
- Maintain orderly warehouse
- Assist management and buyer on other duties
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Strong organizational skills
