Job Description
The Shepherd Insurance Summer 2026 Internship program offers a unique opportunity to experience a growing organization with a strong family culture. Interns will shadow leaders in various insurance divisions (Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, and Financial Services) and contribute to real-world projects. The internship culminates in a term project presentation to leadership and serves as a stepping stone for full-time employment.
