Job Description
Sherwin-Williams is offering a 10-12 week paid Management & Sales Internship for spring 2026. Interns will gain hands-on experience in retail stores, participating in tasks such as sales support, product knowledge, and training. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience in both sales and business operations.
Requirements
- Provide friendly, professional assistance in-store and over the phone.
- Maintain displays and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Understand merchandise to answer questions and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Help unload deliveries and organize stockrooms.
