Job Description
Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Driver to work with wholesale and retail customers. The role involves delivering products to customers, assisting with sales, and maintaining store operations. This position requires compliance with safety regulations and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers with needs and present appropriate products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repairs.
