Job Description
Sherwin-Williams is seeking a motivated EHS Manager (m/w/d) to lead the workplace safety, environmental, and health protection initiatives at its main locations in Kirchlengern and Wuppertal. The role involves maintaining and improving safety, environmental, and health management systems, and collaborating with stakeholders on initiatives like implementing Sherwin-Williams' guidelines and supporting employee health and safety. Requirements
- Maintain and improve the workplace safety, environmental, and health management systems at the Kirchlengern and Wuppertal locations.
- Implement Sherwin-Williams' guidelines, records, and reports.
- Collaborate with regional and company-wide EHS colleagues.
- Take responsibility for the workplace during a situation of incidents.
- Implement and monitor occupational hygiene monitoring and support a preventative healthcare regime.
- Ensure efficient EHS communication through employee engagement.
- Provide external contacts to regulatory authorities, consultants, trade associations, and insurance firms.
- Conduct process hazard assessments (HAZID) and HAZOP.
- Ensure proper emergency management.
- Conduct a HAZID.
