Finance Analyst responsible for gathering, processing and verifying financial data, reconciling and ensuring the accuracy of financial information, and providing information for required stakeholders. Key responsibilities include transaction processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and policy compliance.
Requirements
- Timely and accurate completion of record to report general accounting activities
- Completion of quality monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Proper supporting and documentation comply with SOX and internal/ external audit requirement
- Address all GL-related queries from every stakeholder timely
- Proactively analyze and ensure the accounting transaction is reasonable and prepare documentation for internal auditor or management
- Work closely with superiors in process improvement and automation initiatives
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationship with internal and foreign finance subsidiaries when resolving issues
- Support both internal and external audits, attending to audit queries and information requests
