Management and Sales Intern

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Management & Sales Internship to provide hands-on experience in retail sales and customer interaction. The program offers a comprehensive learning experience through practical business and retail experience working in a paint store, including product knowledge, marketing, and potential future training. Interns will gain insights into leadership, team collaboration, and company values. The internship is a 10-12 week summer program.

Requirements

• Provide friendly, professional assistance in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain displays and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Restock shelves and support visual merchandising.
• Assist with transactions, product prep/mixing, and store upkeep.
• Attend training and follow store policies.
