People Operations Coordinator

SHIELD is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support daily HR functions and contribute to key People Operations initiatives. This is an entry-level position offering broad exposure to People Operations across recruitment, employee engagement, and office administration, within a fast-growing, collaborative environment. The role involves supporting HR operations, managing benefits programs, employee onboarding, event organization, and policy upkeep.
