Pharmacy Liaison - Bilingual Spanish Clinic Setting

Shields is seeking a Bilingual Pharmacy Liaison to assess patient needs and provide support at a specialty pharmacy clinic. This role involves coordinating drug deliveries, addressing insurance & copay challenges, and ensuring patient adherence. The liaison will collaborate with other clinical and pharmacy team members and work across the care continuum.

Requirements

• Registered with the State of employment
• Nationally certified as a CPhT preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational/administrative skills
• Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease, or oncology a plus
