Videographer and Video Editor

Shift Collab is hiring a videographer and video editor to create high-quality video content for their virtual brand. The ideal candidate is a collaborative creative with 5+ years of experience in video production, social media, and brand storytelling. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative ideas, film and edit videos, and manage digital assets. The role is a contract position with an initial three-month trial period, with an hourly rate of up to $50 depending on experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating video for social media, podcasts, brand storytelling, or performance-driven content
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates relevant, high-quality video work
• Advanced shooting experience across studio, indoor, and outdoor environments
• Strong working knowledge of camera systems, lighting techniques, and audio recording
• Proven experience filming in both landscape and vertical, social-first formats
• A solid understanding of platform best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.
• The ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-focused creative, roughly a 50/50 split
• A strong eye for detail, clear storytelling instincts, and excellent communication skills
