Senior Consultant

Shift Health is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis and to support their growing pharma strategy and strategic competitive intelligence portfolio. The Senior Consultant will coordinate day-to-day activities of project teams, guide information gathering activities, synthesize insights, develop deliverables, and communicate research findings and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Completed a graduate degree (PhD, Masters or equivalent) in the life sciences or a related field.
• Completed 2+ years of consulting experience.
• A business degree/certification and/or relevant business experience may be an advantage.
• Experience in pharma commercial strategy and competitive intelligence, particularly within vaccines/infectious disease or oncology is a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge, skills and personal attributes required for the role include poise, professionalism, adaptability, project management skills, strategic and agile thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, working in a team setting, organizational and project management skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
