Job Description
SH/FT is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead a team of 5-10 PMs in orchestrating hyper-personalized email programs for a major financial services client. This role involves hands-on project leadership, coaching a high-performing team, and establishing best practices. The director will be a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, translating ambiguity and driving revenue goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of project management experience in fast-paced, agile environments
- 2+ years managing teams of 5 or more direct reports with proven people leadership skills
- Deep expertise in email marketing and lifecycle strategy
- Hands-on experience with project portfolio management tools (PPM) and enterprise email service providers (ESPs)
- Based in NYC and available for in-person collaboration with the client.
