Job Description
Shift is a leading AI platform transforming underwriting, claims, and fraud with generative, agentic, and predictive AI. They are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to provide technical insights and drive the go-to-market strategy for their insurance solutions. The role involves identifying key business needs, presenting to clients, and developing demo use cases.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience working at/with Insurance companies Underwriting department, ideally attaining Director level role or higher
- Established relationships with the decision makers for Underwriting solutions at the top US P&C Insurance Companies
- Have a in-depth understanding of the North American Insurance ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills
