Job Description
Shift4 is seeking an Onsite POS Installer, Associate to integrate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and peripherals at merchant locations. This role involves both technical installation and client training, alongside participation in enterprise projects and beta testing. The position requires proficiency in network troubleshooting, hardware/software testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Install and maintain POS systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network and cabling issues.
- Test hardware, software, and credit card processing.
- Provide merchant training on POS systems.
- Maintain inventory and travel to customer installation sites.
- Drive to customer installation sites and adhere to safety standards.
