Job Description
Shift4 is seeking a VP, Human Resources - Talent to lead their Global Talent Center of Excellence, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across all markets. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and career growth, working closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer. The VP will align global talent strategy with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management
- Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience with Workday (preferred)
- Experience with M&A, start-up scaling, and organizational transformation (preferred)
