Job Description
Shimmick's Northwest Division in Northern California is seeking a Field Engineer to contribute to critical infrastructure projects. This position involves performing engineering tasks, providing technical assistance, and assisting with community outreach. They emphasize a solution-oriented, resourceful, and resilient team.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship experience in engineering or construction industry.
- Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software.
- Basic knowledge of industry standard computer software for the position
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage changing deadlines and work well under pressure
- Highly organized and excellent communication skills
