Associate Director/Director, Industrial Acquisitions

The Associate Director/Director, Industrial Acquisitions will be involved in all aspects of sourcing industrial buildings in Southeast markets, working out of the Company's Atlanta office and reporting directly to the Senior Managing Director in Dallas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Finance or Real Estate preferred
• 5+ years of industrial acquisitions experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize projects, complete multiple tasks on schedule
• Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy
• Experience in Argus and Excel is preferred
• Understand financial analysis and modeling
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Willing to travel extensively
