Job Description
The Director of Asset Management will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of office and industrial assets located across the United States. The position involves creating strategic plans, executing redevelopment and leasing plans, and managing relationships with regional partners and providers of third-party services.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in managing a portfolio of complex, diverse commercial real estate
- Proven track record of success and leadership in managing challenging, "value-add" real estate properties
- Ability to positively impact investment/return performance objectives
- Experience in asset/portfolio reporting is strongly desired
