Ship Essential is seeking a Warehouse Lead to drive excellence in their Outbound operation. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring accurate fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of efficiency. The position reports to the Outbound Manager and requires strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Experienced in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• At least 2+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, order picking/packing, or a similar role.
• Ability to lead a team and create a culture of accountability.
